Thomas W. Kral has been with the firm since 2002, but has been an appraiser since 1993, with experience in appraisal of all types of real estate, including right-of-way condemnation, residential, residential income, commercial, industrial, acreage, subdivision, planned communities and special purpose properties within the State of Arizona . He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, is a candidate for the MAI designation, and has completed all course work for this designation.
Mr. Kral holds two Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Administration, one with a major in Finance, and the other with a major in Real Estate with an accounting background, University of Arizona, Tucson, 1991 and 1993. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, State of Arizona, Certificate #30960, and a Registered Real Estate Instructor, State of Arizona, (Registration runs in perpetuity and has no Certification number or expiration date), with specialized instruction in land valuation and environmental issues. Mr. Kral extensively studies ecology and biodiversity issues as they relate to land use, condemnation, and private property rights, and publishes in these fields.
