Mr. Ahrens graduated from the University of Arizona in 1983 (B.S., Business Administration) and the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1994 (M.S., City Planning). Mr. Ahrens is an Arizona Certified General Appraiser and is is
an associate member of the Appraisal Institute
working towards his designation. Areas of specialization include appraisal of office and other commercial properties.
